I've been happily married to my husband, Dave and living in Oshawa since July of 2002. I discovered I have Asperger's Syndrome about a week before my 40th birthday. Since then I've taken various computer literacy courses at Durham Continuing Education and volunteering at Kerry's Place Autism services, as well as writing a book about my art and life with AS. I make dolls, puppets and many other wonderful things. .. I am also a Peer Support Worker for Community Support Services where I play cards with patients at the hospital pretty much every other weekend.
